SRP
Servo Rod Pump
The SRP is a fully programmable servo metering rod system to precisely meter material with and without abrasive fillers. The construction of the system includes a tungsten carbide metering rod with lip seals. Rod pump technology produces accurate deposits as the metering rod advances through the metering cylinder displacing a controlled amount of material.
The metering rod never contacts the metering cylinder walls. Rod bearing supports are external and do not come in contact with the abrasive media. The SRP can be used in single component or two component meter-mix applications.
The SRP has many additional integrated features including:
- Programmable flow rate and mix ratio (1:1 to 10:1)
- Adjustable servo-controlled pre-shot pressure
- Configurable refill volume and auto purge
- First in, first out metering chamber fluid path
