Two-Component Metered Spray

The PDP050-2KS is a patented two component metered spray head that provides controlled mix-on the-fly spray applications of two-part reactive coatings and encapsulants. Featuring two independently controlled progressive cavity pumps, the PDP050-2KS offers the flexibility to customize the mix ratio and flow rate directly at the point of application.

With its low volume, low pressure atomized spray, focused cone pattern, and clean edge definition, the PDP050-2KS is the ideal valve for metered spray of two-part, high solids coatings. For processing abrasive chemistries, a carbide rotor is also available for wear resistance.

The PDP050-2KS offers additional integrated features including:

  • Volumetric metering
  • Disposable mixed fluid path
  • Optional heated fluid body
