Why did I receive an offer in the mail?
You were specially selected to receive a GO2bank offer because you’re a prior customer OR you opted in to receive marketing from one of our trusted third-party partners. No credit check was performed, no one filled out an application on your behalf and no account was opened in your name.
The card sent to you is not active and has no value. You can activate your new GO2bank card by following the simple instructions that came with it.
If you don’t want the card, you can simply destroy it. To be removed from future mailings, you can opt-out here or send a request with your name and address to GO2bank, P.O. Box 5100 Pasadena, CA 91117-0100.
How do I report my card lost/stolen?
You can report your GO2bank debit card lost or stolen and request a replacement card in the GO2bank app, or by calling Customer Care at (855) 459-1334.
How do I qualify for overdraft protection?
GO2bank accountholders who receive direct deposit are eligible for Basic overdraft protection coverage. Additional levels of protection are available for those receiving $200 or more in direct deposits over a rolling 35-day period. You must opt-in to overdraft protection to receive coverage at any level of protection.
How do I earn cashback?
Log in to the app and select an eGift Card to purchase. Every eGift Card purchase includes up to 7% cashback. The percentage varies by merchant. An active GO2bank account is required to receive an eGift Card.
Purchase the eGift Card with your GO2bank available balance in the app.
Cash back Is instantly added to your available balance. You earn cash back when you:
